To Skipping Stone Soap customers and community,
We hope that everyone is remaining safe, healthy and calm during these uncertain times. I wanted to assure you that we're taking the necessary precautions at Skipping Stone Soap to ensure the safety and health of staff, retail partners, and customers while minimizing disruption to our business processes and your shopping experience.
As a small family business of only two of us, we have been working from home since the inception of Skipping Stone. Despite the rapidly changing environment, our business is running as usual and we want to keep it that way for as long as we can. We want our customers to get the soaps they love. Washing your hands with our handcrafted soap can help you stay safe and holds true more now than ever.
Following the government's guidelines, at Skipping Stone Soap:
- we are running our business as usual. You can purchase online and we ship with available shipping couriers. It’s possible that shipping may take longer than normal. We are NOT able to ship international orders other than the United States at this point
- we clean all surfaces, equipment, and protective gear regularly to ensure that ourselves and the products are safe
- we are eliminating non-essential trips outside our home/soap studios and are not accepting in-person pick-ups during this time
