Canada
We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over $75 (before tax). For orders less than $75, the shipping cost is calculated based on the location as shown below. We strongly suggest placing orders over $75!
Shipping rates & times
We ship all orders as soon as possible, within 1-5 days. Our orders are shipped out of the Greater Toronto Area with expedited service. Tracking is included for most orders. Below are the shipping rates and estimated times to major cities within Canada (shipping times may vary and are based on business days).

Free Local Pickups
In-person pickup is always welcome! We are located in Central Burlington, east of downtown. (No storefront) Please order as usual and choose pick-up option at checkout. You'll get a reply when your order is ready, usually within 48 hours.
USA
Starting August 26, 2025, we’ll be taking a pause on shipping orders to the United States.
Beginning August 29th, new U.S. import rules mean that most soaps and cosmetics will require full FDA registration and approval, and may also be subject to tariffs, before they can cross the border. Until our products are fully registered and compliant, we are unable to guarantee a smooth delivery experience. We are working through this process, and our hope is to start sending soaps south of the border again as soon as possible.

International (except United States)
Depending on the destination, we ship via USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or third-party couriers. We use airmail service whenever possible.
Tracking for international shipping is not available, and we have no way to find out when it will arrive. Usually, air service can take from 4 days to up to 21 business days.
Shipping costs posted are based on the weight of the package, the service selected and the transportation distance from our shop in Burlington (Greater Toronto Area), Ontario, Canada. For International shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and other fees levied by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for paying additional customs charges if applicable.
Lost packages
Unfortunately, packages are sometimes lost for various reasons. If your package does not arrive, please don't hesitate to reach us. We will do our best to sort it out.
Shipping address/unclaimed orders
At the time of checkout, please verify the shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or the receiver is unable to claim it, and needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees and handling fees will be required. We don't issue a refund for returned orders.
Other requests

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept exchanges or returns. However, if you need a refund or are unhappy with our products at all, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
If damage has occurred during shipping, please provide a short message with a photo of the damaged items within 7 days after delivery and we will respond with a solution.
