Shipping & Returns
We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over $60 (before tax). For orders less than $60, the shipping cost is calculated based on the location and range from $8 to $20 as shown below. We strongly suggest placing orders over $60!
Shipping rates & times
We ship all orders as soon as we can, within 1-5 days. All of our orders are shipped out of Burlington (Greater Toronto Area) with expedited service. Tracking and insurance are included. Below are the shipping rates and estimated times to major cities within Canada (shipping times may vary and are based on business days). Please expect some delays due to Covid-19 safety measurements in place.

International (including USA)
We ship via either Canada Post, USPS, or Ascendia depending on the destination. We use airmail service whenever possible. Tracking is provided for most USA orders, no tracking for orders for other countries. (Please note we may also use other mail service that doesn't include tracking, without notice.)
Tracking for international shipping (and sometimes for USA) is not available and we have no way to find out when it will arrive. Usually, air service can take up to 21 business days.
Shipping costs posted are based on the weight of the package, service selected and the transportation distance from our shop in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Buyers are responsible for paying additional customs charges if applicable.

Unfortunately, packages are sometimes lost for various reasons. If your package does not arrive, please contact us. We will do our best to sort it out.
At the time of checkout, please verify the shipping information. If a package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may be needed.

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept exchanges or returns. However, if you need a refund or are unhappy with our products at all, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
If damage has occurred during shipping, please provide a short message with a photo of the damaged items within 7 days after delivery and we will respond with a solution.
