Shipping & Returns

We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over $60 (before tax). For orders less than $60, the shipping cost is calculated based on the location and range from $8.50 to $13.50 as shown below. We understand that the cost seems high, but we aren't big enough (yet) to get better rates from Canada Post. We suggest placing orders over $60 and sharing our products with your family and friends!

Shipping rates & times
We ship all orders as soon as we can, within 2-5 days. All of our orders are shipped out of Toronto using Canada Post's expedited service. Tracking and insurance are included. Below are the shipping rates and estimated times to major cities within Canada (shipping times may vary and are based on business days).

We ship via Canada Post's Small Packet Air or Expedited Parcel service to the USA and Small Packet Air/Surface to all other countries. Shipping costs posted are based on the weight of the package and the transportation distance from our shop in Toronto. If we have overestimated the cost of shipping by more than a dollar we will contact you and issue a partial refund. Buyers are responsible for paying additional customs charges if applicable. Tracking for international shipping is not available.


Lost packages
Unfortunately packages are sometimes lost for various reasons. If your package does not arrive, please contact us. We will do our best to sort it out.


Shipping address
At the time of checkout, please verify the shipping information. If a package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may be needed.

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept exchanges or returns.
However, if you need a refund or are unhappy with our products for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

If damage has occurred during shipping, please provide a short message with a photo of the damaged items within 7 days after delivery and we will respond with a solution.
